Brandly Business Plus: $99 a Year
A Brandly business card portal is free. You get unlimited team members and templates, and you pay only for the cards your people order. For most teams, that’s all they’ll ever need.
Some companies need more: IT wants single sign-on, finance wants a monthly invoice instead of card charges, or marketing wants every card to carry a scannable digital contact page. That’s what Business Plus is for. It’s one upgrade, $99 a year for the whole team.

On both plans you pay for the cards your team orders. The $99 covers the added features, not the printing.
What each Business Plus feature does
- SAML single sign-on. Employees sign in to Brandly with your company identity provider, and IT controls access in one place.
- Monthly invoicing. Brandly bills the company on terms instead of charging a card at every checkout, payable by ACH or card.
- vCard+. A QR code on the printed card opens a digital contact page that saves straight to the scanner’s phone.
Do you need it?
Stay on the free portal if your team just needs an easy, on-brand way to order cards and paying by card works fine.
Upgrade to Business Plus if any of these sound familiar:
- IT requires SSO for every tool employees log in to.
- Finance won’t put business cards on corporate cards and wants one invoice a month instead.
- You want your cards to do more, so a scan saves a contact instead of someone typing it in.
If just one of those applies, the plan usually pays for itself. One less expense report a month or one avoided IT exception is worth more than $8.25, which is what $99 a year works out to each month.
How to upgrade
A team admin can turn on Business Plus in a couple of minutes:
- Sign in to your Brandly dashboard and go to Billing → Plan.
- Choose a designated card. The annual fee is charged to a saved credit card, so pick one in the card list first.
- Click to switch to Business Plus. Your team is subscribed at $99 a year, and the features turn on for everyone.
After that, set up whatever you upgraded for. Connect SSO with your identity provider, ask us to switch your team to monthly invoicing, or set up vCard+ contact pages for your team.
